Introduction of outline for steel rod

The diamond sharpeners from CHUAN-CHEUNG, after improving unceasingly, first generation, second generation and now the third generation. The diamond powder adheres evenly on the rod and it is not easy to be fallen off.
It will increase the duration, extend the time for using and promote the effects of sharpening.
We have made special antirust treatment on steel rod and refine the surface of rod. It will not damage the blades when sharpen. The cost of diamond sharpener is very high and it is sold alone not matched with knife set.

We supply the service of logo printing on diamond rod. It can be in letters or designs. The position for logo is in 30mm (Length) x5mm (Width). Please make contact with us for more information in details.

At present, we supply standard quality of diameter in 10mm & 12.6mm for your choice.
At present, we supply standard quality of length in 8 inch /10 inch/12 inch/14 inch(rod only) for customers’ choice.

The diameter and length of rod can be designed as customers’ request. And it is asked for MOQ for mass production. Please make contact with us for more information in details.

The producing cost of “PT” handle is not so high. It’s the most popular and pattern in good sales. But logo can’t be put on handle. If customers prefer this pattern of handle and consider to put logo, it can be assembled with sharpening rods and logo put on rods.

The material cost of “PD” is very high and shape is general. We will not suggest customers to use this pattern if you consider on putting logo on handle. It is much suitable to assemble steel rod which can be put logo on.
